Request that we are located as a team again so that we can talk to one another and listen to discussions. I really never speak with my ARSM :( Synergy helps!

I benefit from sitting by my ARSM/RSM. I support the idea of moving people around to accommodate this but don't believe this should require me to be moved from my window seat :) as I already sit by my ARSM/RSM.
I feel that sitting with your RSM is essential to the success of any territory and am happy sitting next to mine.

I'm in as still being relatively new I really liked have my team close by when I had a question
