It's ridiculous that he has to go through this! Do the right thing folks, protect the interest of our protector.

How can we call ourselves a "Home" and "Family" when we are pushing one of our members out the door? The time and sacrifice that Stanley is making for his country should be rewarded by keeping his position open for him when he returns.

CHA's success was due to staff knowing and caring about eachothers wellbeing that it easily spread to our patients.
Keep the family together for the wellbeing of our patients.

As a military wife I can not imagine why someone that is going away to fight for his or her country should be let go from their position. Does this company know that the only reason they can conduct business safely in this country is because of people like Stanley? This man is making a huge sacrifice and so I his family. I think the least we can do is help support our troops.

Stanley has been a dedicated employee of CHA, a great manager, proactive with patient care and staff concerns I feel he deserves to have his position waiting for him upon his return, We as an organization should not penalize an employee for sacrificing there life and time to give us our freedom and serving our country,

This is poor way to be treated in a job when a person is going to serve our country. It doesn't seem to be very supportive of those that support the organization
