As an employee of Cambridge Health Alliance, I am really disheartened to learn of this. We should be thanking him as an organization and not penalizing him by taking his job away.

I hope that what I am hearing is not true. As someone who works for the Department of Veterans Affairs I find it extremely disconcerting that the response to an employee's deployment would be removal from their position upon return. Very disappointing to know that Cambridge Health Alliance does not support the Armed Forces.

Pathetic! He is risking his life for our country getting paid bare minimum and coming home to no job! Clearly someone doesn't respect veterans and should be fired themselves

NO ONE who fights for this country should come home and not have a job! It's a disgrace that this would even be a thought that he puts his life on the line for us and our families and is jobless when he comes home?!?! Not fair. Not right. Whoever made this choice should be ashamed of themselves!

If he looses his job because of his military service, that is eligal. He has rights and they are protected. He needs to bring this up with his chain of command and they can get the JAG involved. There strict rules and laws. Who ever choose to let him go can have criminal charges and personal level suit, not to mention CHA! Call FOX NEWS or channel 7.

Working for CHA and seeing first hand how many employees get away with always being out, calling out last minute or just not showing up among other things yet CHA keeps them employed is pretty sad.

We must support our Vets!!!
His family needs him, sounds like he is a great man. He should not have to worry about having no job when he returns . I mean people go out on a leave of absence and get their jobs back! I think a hero should too!!! Good luck, best wishes, and a safe return home!
