Prayers that Sophie is found and returned home soon. I cannot believe how these shelters can knowingly adopt out an animal knowing it has a chip, an owner that is looking for it, found it, but yet they adopt it out anyway. Why? For numbers??? This is insane and needs to stop and those parties responsible for this need to be held accountable for their crimes, yes crimes. Its theft.

I know this is hard on both families. How would the second family feel if they were in the first family's shoes? Come on, do the right thing. Sophie needs to go back to her first family.

Return this baby to her rightful home and shame on this irresponsible dog sitter for not making it aware to the family that their baby was missing. They need to stop wasting time with petitions, etc and need to immediately file a civil suit with the courts.

I can honestly say that I am shocked that the people who adopted this dog have not come forward and offered to return her to her family. Sad :(
