Let them go. What he did should automatically forfeit his rights as a human let alone a father!!! I don't wanna be one to judge but I totally agree with this petition. Hope it all goes well.

Send the boys home with their mother &family! He did the crime he sure as hell needs to do the time with no rights or privileges! What kinda of system do we have! I feel like they're saying it's ok to kill the mother of your kids & your still have rights &privileges to say what's what! You need someone in the right state of mind to make decision for kids/children! He is no role model in my opinion !

This justice system is so unfair. The perpetrator took a life..that of 4 young lads mother..by doing that he has in turn destroyed their lives too..why should he have a say in an issue as delicate as this??!!!

She is leading this fight in her death she tried in vein to protect those kids their father made a concious choice when he killed her which essential gives him no say in the welfare of his own children now those kids have to live without their beautiful loving mother & their father who took it upon himself to destroy their souls. No he had no right but he now has to live with the choice he made. He is in no state to make choices for these poor babies.

Why deny these babies from going to their mother's funeral and living with peple who will give them endless love and support they are going to need. Stupid justice system
