What kind of system is this , he can still kill their mother but still have the right/privilege to have a say if they can go or not to go! He should have no rights in my opinion!

What about the rights of her children. Your government sucks . These children will never be able to kiss her to tell her their secrets . She will never get to see them grow into adults get married have children her granchildren or because of a gutless coward karma will come hard and fast for that piece of crap .
