The children should be with the mother's side of the family. Why would the court want to leave the children with persons of no akin relationship to them? It would be in the best interest of the children to be with the deceased (RIP) family at least during the time of her burial procession. Do what is humanly right for her children.

The Domestic Violence Act in this country needs amending and some aspects of family law need to change to coincide. The child welfare act outweighs police and family court there needs to be some common sense here and genuine care from the system in horrendous circumstances like this.

I feel for this family deeply and am appalled that a murderer is the only one who has the right of say , what can and cant happen to these innocent children. They need to say goodbye too their mother and live on in oeace with family that love them. If this man loved his children he wouldnt have murderes their mother. Hope the family of sandra find peace.
