The law in Brisbane is ridiculous. The father should have no say with his boys especially when he is locked away in the cells for man slaughter. These boys needs to grieve for there mother and overcome the nightmare that there horrible father had brought upon them.

These laws need to be changed. An absolute disgrace that these children are forced to continue to suffer at the hands of this man. This is why your domestic violence statistics are soo god dam high! How are women supposed to feel safe to leave an abusive relationship when she knows only too well that the laws are against her and there is a high chance she will have to stay in contact with her abuser because he has rights.. Tell me this?! Sort it out!! I know this first hand, was forced to live in the same suburb, had no choice but to leave the children with him even though he was capable and willing to hurt them just to get back at me for leaving. The children were physically ill with fear everytime they had to see him.. All because he has 'rights' what that is saying to me - he has rights to abuse - that's all it amounts to. He has the law on his side to continue to taunt and harass, the law is on his side to Instill fear into my children.. Wake up!!
Send these kids home their mothers family where they can't start their healing journey..

Violent is a huge problem for mental health. However it is so sad to see kids has to suffer in the hands of people who suppose to protect and love them yet the law does not give the kids a chance to live a life freely instead of being control by this man's choice.
