We need her, considering the amount of people that go to this school, how can we not do without her?

It's outrageous that any community with young people in it could have the utter stupidity to remove free counciling. I hope this works

He was found in Ledbury and hopefully will be getting some sort of support, things just got out of hand, I doubt he'll be in jail though.

Sam Morris is one of the key foundations to the Chase. Without her help and support many children and young adults will be left to suffer the hard turmoils, no matter how small or big, that life so unfairly hands out. By removing Sams service from the school you are not only failing children, their families, and their right to have a safe and supported childhood and education but you also fail the reputation that the chase has built in the community, especially when it was under the hand of Mr Peck.

It's just ridiculous how saving money is seen as more important then The Chase student's mental health. Bring Sam back

I don't actualy know Sam directly, and I am not sure the petition should be about one person getting their job back. However a school the size of the Chase should havea permanent person available to council the students. The decision to move to no full-time councillor was in my opinion (at the time) a very bad move. The current situation illustrates the extreme short-sightedness of this decision. I hope the administration at the school are big enough to admit the mistakes made and bring in support staff to allow ALL! pupils to benefit from what is undoubtedly a good school. Come on. Let's show we are a great school and get the help, care and understanding in place to ensure that even the most vulnerable have a good chance of success. Anything less shows a great lack lack of compassion in the school. Surely something all school should strive to achieve. It is issues like this that will determine to a great extent whether the current pupils will want to stay on for 6th form. The school should really be aware of this.
