In 2016, they brought the first RnB Fridays Live concert to Australia and Adelaide packed the tiny venue and wow we brought the energy!
Since then, we’ve seen AMAZING artists every year, artists we would not otherwise have the opportunity to see; such as Nelly, Janet Jackson, Black Eyed Peas, TLC, Jason Derulo, Naughty by Nature and so many more.
It was always headed by our dear RnB legend, Fatman Scoop who always brought the vibe together. We will miss him terribly the shows just won’t be the same without him..
In 2024, the music stopped. Australia was in mourning, but we understood that without our Hype man who was so integral to everything that RnB Fridays had come to mean to us, that time was needed to heal and to recalibrate.
In 2025, we were met with the exciting news that the music is returning to Australia. That the much loved celebration of all things RnB, which had been brought to our shores by the passionate voices of South Australia, was to make its triumphant and much anticipated return.
But not to Adelaide.
Not to RnB Friday's spiritual Australian home. The city populated by music fans so impassioned that in 2015 they made their voices heard all the way over the other side of the world, resulting in RnB Fridays inaugural Australian tour.
Just as we have from the front row to the back of the stands at every RnB Fridays since 2105, it’s time for Adelaide to shout LOUDLY and to make our voices heard again!! We refuse to be overlooked. We ARE a WORTHY and vibrant state who passionately loves their RnB music!!
Sign the petition and let’s unite our voices to show them who they're messing with. Let's show them that we're as passionate as ever, that we have the RnB masses ready to sell out a South Australian RnB Fridays show, and to honour the memory of the eternal Fatman Scoop!!

A few years ago i went and absolutely enjoyed it, I got myself some merchandise and i also got to meet my favourite singer Jason derulo and really would love to have it back in Adelaide to meet Pitbull!!
It's so important that the key states across our country all get fair access to gigs like this coming to their home state. Too often Adelaide and Perth are the forgotten cousin and it now appears that even Brisbane isbstarting to feel the effects of this not having a stadium as big as Accor or Marvel. Industry needs to do more to try and ensure that organisers for events like this continue to include these two key states in future planning.
They should be ashamed of themselves RnB Fridays started in Adelaide and this should be the first place the come and hold it at the show grounds as the entertainment centre just isn't big enough
We need Adelaide, this is our mumz gone wild day where our group of mum friends get to go out and have an amazing day together with the music we grew up listening to
Adelaide can not miss out this is not fair.. for me this was my 1 day a year i got a baby sitter an rocked it with my girls.. our hearts are broken.. fat man will be turning in his grave that yr leaving Adelaide out
Yes it sucks we miss out on the biggest artists all the time.
Bring it back to the birthplace of RnB Friday. It is the absolute least you could do. Shots, shots, shots, shots, shots, shots… shots fired…
