I have both the 6 and the 8 . So does my fishing buddy. Best reels I have used Steelheading - drag is great and enjoy not having my knuckles nocked.
PLEASE get these back on the market. My husbands reel finally gave out and he misses it so much
BRING THEM BACK. tired of all this cheap imported plastic junk everywhere.
Used my old 8 weight for years. Nothing else feels the same. Need parts or a whole new one asap.
best machined reel ever made. i still got my 6 on the rod right now

I have a 6, my favorite reel, wish I had a spare spool and a couple more reels for bigger fish
