I was just staring at the screen and realized how much steam this has actually picked up lately. It is honestly wild to think that this might finally happen because nobody really listened at the start but now the momentum feels like a freight train that just keeps picking up speed.

As a founding member of Barrie Minor soccer I think this is great news. Love to get season tickets.
I was at the first ever TFC game and until moving to Simcoe County, attended at least 3-4 games a year. Would love to be able to support pro footy closer to home.
professional football is an added value for everyone. it brings people together. it connects people and provides entertainment. In addition, it is a good promotion for city or village. Barrie is a great young vibrant city that has a huge love for soccer at all ages. To have a team in Barrie to support & follow would only help the game grow further while also giving local players a chance to play at a higher elite level.
This is HUGE for Barrie. My daughter play for Barrie and we are excited!!

It's the greatest game in the world--most welcome here in the City of Barrie. The Kempenfelt Crew needs the support of corporate and commercial sponsors--a great boon for the entire business community, if and when it happens.
