This is to express the sadness we have for SiriusXM removing the Prince Tribute channel that was on channel 50 on Sirius XM Radio. We want to have this be a permanent Channel, alongside other artist centric channels such as The Grateful Dead, Jimmy Buffett, and Pearl Jam. Prince deserves this channel to be permanent. The amount of catalog this man produced, as well as the diversity of his music, deserves to be a permanent fixture.

This is so well deserved and it is a sad statement that this channel would need to be fought for when there are Buffet, Dead, Springsteen and Pearl Jam channels. There are no channels dedicated to African American artists, Prince should be the first and should have been created before his untimely passing.

The greatest artist/musician EVER is deserving of this channel. I am sure if you counted the number of listeners on a daily basis of The Price Tribute Channel while it was being broadcast, the numbers would far surpass the number of listeners to the Elvis, Bruce Springsteen, Grateful Dead, Sinatra, and any other single artist-focused channel combined. It would behoove Sirius XM to bring The Prince Tribute channel back for its loyal and dedicated listeners.
