Pride Radio 96.7FM was abruptly replaced with a sports talk channel on Monday, August 27. We urge iHeartMedia to reverse this decision and bring Pride Radio back to 96.7FM! They can broadcast the sports talk station on another FM frequency. We believe iHeartMedia should uphold it's very own diversity statement and continue the first LGBT radio station in the nation - Pride Radio 96.7 FM. We do not want to be able to listen to this station only on an "HD2" FM band.

Pride Radio gets me pumped up for a hard day in animal shelter work. They play wonderful, energizing, and empowering music all day. When I tuned in Monday morning and heard talk radio I was crushed. I don't want to use my phone data to tune into music that should be accessible to all. Please bring back Pride Radio to a new FM channel!!!
Putting PRIDE station out of air is definitely not a sign of tolerance and acceptance, all communities should have a free space on the radio, tv or any social media to show and share what they are proud of and it should be UP TO US to decide whether or not to listen, watch or follow them. That’s what we call free will.
Totally classist to think that everyone will switch to listening on the internet. Not everyone can afford a newer car with that sort of broadcast. Not everyone who listens to the radio has access to the computer every day, either! Douche move, very disappointed. Bring it back!!
By far my favorite radio station. I rarely switched from it (maybe only for a song or two). Great music, great DJs. It's not the same other stations. It was also the only Pride Radio station on an FM station. Leaves a pretty sour taste that our only station geared toward the LGBTQ+ community was replaced by yet ANOTHER sports talk station.
Best part of my morning was listening to this station to help me get pumped and ready for the day, and I’m straight! Please please bring it back!

Pride Radio played music that other stations didn't. It was a refreshing break from other radio stations that all play the same songs. There are already SO MANY sports radio programs, and there were no other stations that celebrated queer culture.
