Please come to Colorado. I need a taste of home and miss it so much. Plus.. It is a no brainer to open a location in Colorado with all the chicago transplants and you would make a killing here!

So tired of only getting my fill when I go home to Il - come on, CO has a wealthy base and you should see the wait lines for other hotdogs joints that CLAIM to be chicago dogs - they aren't! You already have a great market waiting for you - look to settle in the aurora/centennial/Parker are. You'll kill it! Stay away from DTC - no one has time to wait in line there so everyone just bails.
