Please come to denver! Every time I visit Chicago the first thing I do is go directly to portillos and order a combo. I only get to Chicago maybe once every three years and I'm overdue!

The people of denver would absolutely love Portillos. A restaurant in denver would get as much business as chicago, if not more. We have been and will be waiting.

I'm from Chicago and live in Longmont. I would drive there often if they brought a Portillos here. It's my favorite place to eat.
