i find it really messed that he he got in trouble for doing his job and doing it well, i myself am in the private security industry and they teach you how to interact with the people and community you are serving to make them feel safe and comfortable coming to you with any issues that they may have and see and for that to be what got this man in trouble is a disservice to not only him and the the security industry but to the school and community that he is serving i hope we can get him back to work asap

If he was cleared to be innocent he should be brought back to our school where everyone appreciated his thoughtful kind approach to his job!

Everyone is innocent till proven guilty. He was proven innocent and should have his job reinstated at his work location. We are American citizens and this isn’t fair to Jim. Why should he suffer because some stupid person didn’t have the facts.

I want Mr Paul back to RAE.

I am signing for the return of Mr. Paul, who has impacted our kids life and the school community with warmth, kindness and respect, saying Hello! when you arrive at school.

I don’t understand how a Teacher can just give info and it turn out to be false and yet Mr.Paul is still out of work. Maybe the teacher needs the same to happen and she should be excused from work too. Bring Mr.Paul back ! Our schools need caring individuals who truly care for these kids . Mr.Paul is an incredible human .

He is loved by all and an integral part of the RAE family.

Mr. Garcia is the best school guard our school could have. He is an incredible role model, kind, caring, and always willing to help. He keept our school safe in such a professional way and made everyone feel secure. He has a beautiful heart, and it truly shows in how he treats our children and staff every single day. We miss him deeply. Our school is not the same without him. He is a valuable part of our community, and we would love to have him back. Please bring him back. Amelia Jimenez

Like many parents who regularly volunteer at the school, I’ve had frequent interactions with him and have always found him to be approachable, straightforward, and genuinely positive. Time and again, I’ve seen students light up when they see him. Rather than intimidating, he builds trust—connecting easily with both students and adults. His presence creates a sense of comfort and respect, and he consistently engages with the school community in a meaningful and supportive way.
