It matters

NGT, this is not fair. With the mess created by your panel on WCF world wide event, you are losing your credibility, world wide. Other countries must be laughing at such forum like NGT, which is so biased, ineffecient, politicized and unable to see ground reality. You need to change otherwise, people will change your corrupt officers. Now is era of technology and there people all over the world can actually get the access of ground reality. No politics with such a foundation, which has brought a transformation to the world. Do not play with truth, a suggestion & warning too!!

Having worked as a volunteer on River Rejuvenation project at AOL, and with the scientific facts available, I am convinced that the Justice has been denied to Artificial Living by the NGT. NGT or an higher body need to reexamine this to restore faith in the Law.

Let truth prevail. H.H. Sri Sri Ravishankar would not do anything that would harm the environment. Infact, he has been helping bring awareness in so many areas. The cleaning up of Yamuna river was his initiative. Why on earth would he harm the banks of Yamuna?

Please have an unbiased investigation from a third party on this incident.

Growing what is growing ahead and behind of the venue requires 500 crores??? then let's create the dirt/filth/holes/ditches/stink at the venue and give it back to NGT

The whole case reeks of bias and unfair practices. Well known & qualified environmentalists have refuted the Expert Committee findings. The committee needs to be replaced.

The present expert panel has submitted a totally baseless, unscientific, and prejudiced. It is a travesty of justice. And a slur against India

High time, "expert committees" are sanitised to clear off the leftie/sickular types that make a mess of what is honestly needed! And high time, that patriotic Indians know that both depth, intensity & persistence is needed to win through all these.

While it is of utmost importance that in Art of Living's World Culture Festival case NGT appoints an unbiased panel to investigate the allegations made by the petitioner, it also very important to take up a national debate on the role of NGT itself. NGT seems to have made it a habit of relying upon members' "understanding and belief" without any basis in authoritative study or experience in the relevant fields and this creates much scope for misuse of its power. It is imperative for government to review the enormous powers vested in the National Green Tribunal and whether this is doing more harm than good for the development of the country.

NGT is full of non-experts and opinionated people. Their fraud needs to be called out. AOL case is a CLEAR case of witch hunting.

Whatever it is - let the REAL TRUTH Come out. This country cannot be fooled by a few individuals anymore.

The so called experts have a biased mind set from the beginning whether estimation of 120 Cr, by visual inspection or coming to inspect before hand over and claiming that they have been stopped. Also their report seems to be more of fiction than of actual facts.

Requesting Investigation with an Independent agency/ departments

We will not tolerate bias judgment. We want unbiased and independent enquiry team.
