Hon. Justice,
I am strong supporter of environment and environmentally friendly organizations. Being a witness of WCF, I didn't notice any damage being done rather I could stand in that place which used to stink like rotten garbage from decades. Even in absence of any expertise in environmental science, I could use common sense to analyze.
But law doesn't work on common sense. It requires proofs and scientific data in this particular scenario. I would like to see detailed scientific analysis done with proofs that would show total impact.
To reach neutral decision, we seek your intervention and ask you to appoint an "independent expert committee" including scientists, environmentalists, oceanologist , aquatic life scientist etc.
I am confident that you will ensure this process will be very transparent.

NGT is biased and doesn't bother to do a scientific research on the actual WCF ground. They are being rude, hypocritical, and are falsely accusing AOL of damaging Yamuna flood plains. An unbiased scientific committee should be formed and they should do the analysis correctly

Current NGT Report a sham and we need a mutually agreed panel to do well qualified research and submitt a report in 3 months.

How can NGT put charges without citing correct evidences. Sentence cannot be delivered on whims and fancies of biased individuals. We demand unbiased investigation for this.
