I would find it hard to go back and work for that school after what they have done to her, however the courage to go back for her students would be great reasoning!

I'm signing because I agree with the teachers actions. However, I don't think after what has taken place she would even want her job back! But best of luck to her and all her students, she has touched so many!

I am ashamed to say I graduated from Red Bank High School at this point. I never thought it would be a crime to help students, but I guess it is now. I am just thankful my niece and nephew are able to get a private school education because if this is what public schools are like now, they are horrible.

I believe students must learn how to serve the fellow humans and that is what they see and learn from teachers like mitts. So please appreciate her by giving her job.

Miss mitts is an outstanding teacher! she is one of the most caring, supportive, and inspirational people I have ever met. She helped me get together the things I needed, as well as helped and encouraged me to practice, for my audition into Chattanooga high school Center for Creative Arts, which is a very competitive and hard school to get into. Thanks to her I now go to CCA! I couldn't have done it without her. Red bank needs more teachers like her. and if Mr. robertson can't see that and accept it, then he doesn't need to be a principal. he's not doing anything to make that school better. in fact, he's driving it into the ground! he's the one that needs to be fired and/or resign... not miss mitts!!

Jennifer Mitts is a teacher we do not want to lose for the sake of our youth. Her intellect partnered with ability to connect and inspire are unmatched. With those qualities comes compassion. She truly cared about students welfare. She does not deserve to lose her job in the manner she has.

Miss Mitts is an amazing teacher and one of the most compassionate that RBHS ever had! As a former student of hers I can not believe that she was fired for simply being a good person! I thought I wanted to send my son to Red Bank but with the new administration I'm not so sure thats where he will attend high school when the time comes.
