Oh-crap. That level of skill in a teacher gone public can threaten hostile sorts, including some management styles and some school boards. Some administrations may suspect they eventually might have a potential whistleblower deal with. Boards like to pick their own best teachers for awards, gives them better control. Employees seldom realize that HR's purpose is to protect the employer, not the worker. Employees make a serious mistake when addressing a whistleblower sort of issue with their employer's HR Dept.. Learn the ropes before approaching HR with a complaint concerning management.

Probably an older administration and a young teacher and an innocent child is the pawn caught in the crossfire. You can't go wrong doing the right thing, which is exactly what the teacher did!!

maybe roberts should turn his concern towards the real issue: too many lawyers in this country. he seems to have his priorities mixed up when concern over an institution trumps a person's health. sounds republican

As usual, HCDE doesn't have students' best interest at heart. Most corrupt school system administration in the country. Give this woman her job back, or tell us what she did that proves she is truly unfit to teach young people.
good teachers should be praised
