It is an injustice for this teacher to lose her job. I would have done the same, liability or not. Now teachers have to endure being fired or asked to resign for being a good person! Mr. Justin, when did administration stop CARING about the students they service? You need to reevaluate your "policies".

Seriously? Fired for showing some compassion to a young woman who was seriously ill and paying for the bill because the young woman was uninsured? That's really silly.

Here is what I say to the school system: Letting a student die instead of getting them medical attention is a liability. How many other people that work at the school are doing things like not showing up for work or not doing their job and do not get in trouble for it. Leave Jennifer Mitts alone. At least she has integrity!
