This is atrocious. While its understandable that the school might have policies to prevent litigation in case the outcome was negative, it is absolutely unfair to fire a person for being a good human being.

Miss Mitts hold your head up high. You did the right thing. Why doesn't the school board just let the kids teach them selfs. He coming to that now. A good teacher is very hard to find now days. I will be bet my last $$ that she is still paying for students loans and now she won't be able to teach. Mr. Principal. Robertson are you going to pay her loans, I think not. Why don't you take a fast food job you could probably work it better than being a principal. I ashamed to say I graduated from Red Bank
