They just hired another new morning Co Host for 97.9. 92 Moose can keep her and bring back LOU!
Lou was let go on Monday from the morning show on 97.9 due to "restructuring". Lou moved to Maine ( not to long ago ) FOR this job and she is a VITAL part of the morning show! I am sick of corporate america making these decisions with no consideration of the person!
If this was potentially gonna be something that was done she should have never been hired in the first place!

we are almost at 250 signatures and it is honestly wild to see how many people miss lou on the morning show. keep sending those emails and posting on their page because the station is definitely seeing this heat.

im still reading all the messages about how much lou meant to the morning show and its clear shes missed. keep tagging them on social media because they definitely notice when the feed is blowing up with our requests.

Lou was popular and fit right in. Her youth connected her to the younger generation and she endeared her self to people like me, in my 50’s.
WTH guys it's going downhill now. I'm sure Brittany is great but people are going to resent her (whether it's wrong or right) for replacing Lou especially with little transparency. Is this under new management or something...?
I've been listening to the Q morning show for 2 decades and Lou was a great fit with Jeff & Lori. Please bring her back. I love Jeff & Lori but losing Lou and the way the change was made has made me change my listening choice for my morning commute.
The cookie cutter answer for where Lou went is disgraceful. No one in the management cares about what the listeners want. The high turnover for that position speaks volumes. Our household switched stations.
I agree with what others have said. Lou brought out the best in Lori and Jeff. I left the Q when you hired the other girl because she just didn’t do it for me. I came back when they hired Lou and enjoyed listening on my drive to work. Today, when I heard the program I knew something was wrong. I love ya Lori but I’m heading to your competition.

I love listening to the three of them banter back and forth in the morning on my way to work. This is the 3rd person they have put in with Jeff and Lori and by far the best fit since Meredith. This poor woman moved her for a job and corporate just decided to let her go. So unfair.
