On December 28, 2023 Kannon was taken by his mother Stephanie when RJ confronted her about her physical and emotional abuse. Stephanie has used litigation, false charges, and false testimony to obtain Temporary Custody of Kannon on April 1, 2024. RJ has not been allowed to speak to his son since. Stephanie has conditioned Kannon to fear RJ. She made him believe he'll be taken away by Police if hes with his father. She continues to slander RJ to anyone who doesn't know RJ. This includes school officials and daycare workers.
I, by signing this petition, have witnessed Robert J. Higgins and Kannons relationship, and I know RJ personally. The Courts decision to give Stephanie sole physical custody of Kannon is wrong. I have never witnessed RJ's conduct or behavior to be of concern, or risk to his son, or anyone else. Kannon should be allowed to come home to RJ. Stop the litigation abuse that has slandered RJ character and harmed Kannons emotional development. I will serve as character witness for RJ in future Court proceedings upon request.

I knew RJ when he was just a kid...he was raised right by an amazing woman and a really great dad. I know that he's a great dad to his son Kannon and deserves to be in his life.
I have known RJ for well over 16 years. In that time I know him to be a kind, loving, caring and dedicated man. He is always there for those who need it and give a helping hand. His love and dedication for his son shows and has never wavered throughout this whole process. It is my belief RJ deserves to be apart of his sons life and have shared custody.
My recruiter doesn’t deserve this abuse. Outstanding father and Citizen.- As mother 2 I know how important it is for them to have a father In their life Stop the madness, It’s hurting the Child. Let RJ have his son back!
RJ is an amazing father, him and kannon we're always together hanging out and doing things. RJ was kannons best friend until recently when his mother put it in his head that the police would take kannon away and his father in jail if they were around each other. I've witnessed kannons reactions first hand and think it horrible for a mother to make a child afraid of their father she used kannons love for his dad to make him afraid for his dad
Parental alienation is the new child abuse. RJ is a great father and that boy is missing quality time with his father.
