Bring her back, she was a spice of life to your aging news cast. You need to bring in the younger generation and get some spice because they are going to turn to Internet and your older audience is going to die off. Was no need to let her go about the humor she brings to wjar.

Since Julie Tremmel's unwarranted firing for the addition of levity in a state of "Bad news", I am boycotting WJAR News. I will get my local news elsewhere until she returns!

such a shame since she was such a breath of fresh air. Always looked forward to her reporting it brought some light to the usual dark and negative news broadcasts. WJAR is usually the leader in Dom and gloom. Always negative reporting. julie was something delightful and different! Starting 5pm tonight I'll give Channel 12 a try....

I guarantee you, no WJAR-10 viewer will ever again forget what to do, when they meet a bear in the woods.
And plugging entertainment shows in the newscasts should make any broadcast journalist stand on his head.

You need to bring this woman back! She is a screen favorite putting it all out there to bring us the new. Serious when it's called for and entertaining when needed. An interesting upbeat peronality who is a joy to watch!
