I cannot imagine Smith & wollensky is without Joe Dillon. He was a professional personable and always a welcome face. It sounds weird to hear what does happens for joe, Smith & wollensky‘s New little patrons and of course everyone who knows and loves Joe!

This is awful... Every time i visit Miami, I look forward to going to Smith and Wollensky to see Joe... Was shocked to hear he was nonsensically canned.

I have come to Smith and Wollensky for over a decade, as I keep 2 yachts at Miami Beach Marina. We have always enjoyed popping in and seeing "My Joe". When I asked where's Joe and now heard through a friend about his departure, I immediately wanted to express my support for bringing Joe back. He, along with other great service and food, is one big part of why we would stop in every month. I own www.TikiBeachResort.net and understand the need to be sensitive to others, but I also understand some people can be overly sensitive...and I hope you reconsider his termination. Im currently in talks with Netflix about doing a short film about the Irishman behind the bar at smiths - this will bring be a lot of publicity especially negative about the idiot manager /

Joe Dillon has made Smiths more than a restaurant!! With Joe working at Smiths…it became a memorable experience to where dining becomes a joyful pleasure with his amazing wit and heartfelt smile!! Smith’s is my “Cheers”…thanks to Joe!!
