The scale of this response has reached a level that allows me to initiate formal discussions with local commercial real estate offices. I am currently drafting a letter of interest for potential sites that meet their zoning requirements.

I have initiated contact with Berkeley city planning officials to outline the formal requirements for a commercial zoning permit for this location. We are currently gathering data on local foot traffic patterns to present as part of our case.

Berkeley needs an in n out! Thousands of students from all over California come to Cal every year! I know that I would absolutely love an in n out in the city of Berkeley! I would probably eat it at least 3 to 4 times a week! Many Cal students don't have a car so it is difficult to go to San Francisco and get the in n out there. While in college the food has never been amazing, especially in the dorms. And I know that I've been craving a good burger every week. So please, bring one to Berkeley! Preferably near the campus please.
I dont want to go all the way to oakland just for an in n out burger or animal fries.
Access to In-N-Out is a right to all college students in California. Cheap, delicious burgers are a necessity to academic, social and mental stability.
Thank you Kyle Mehrian for your courageous effort in bringing future bliss to the UC Berkeley campus.
As an out of state student, I would love the signature in-and-out burger of California be served on/around campus!

Yes! Berkeley students will appreciate this when they are studying late at night and get hungry at one point
