My beloved city has lost a lot of it's originality and sense of being a home. Let's make this happen so I can be a proud Santa Monica native again.

We are losing park space and are desperate for so much more. This would benefit SAMOHI as well as the entire community

we need this. it's about time santa monica did something for it's residents who actually PAY taxes here... and not just renters who use up all our resources and pay nothing.

These are the things city's need, to make better adults for the future. Keep kids from turning into adult diabetic fat ass's dependent on entitlement

There is an 8 year future NHL player that wants to call Santa Monica his home rink, not El Segundo!

This field/sports complex would be one of the best things to happen to Santa Monica this decade. I used to skate at the ice rink in Santa Monica on 5th Street. We drove in from Malibu to do so. My nephews and nieces all play soccer.

Great to have a rink back in Santa Monica, and very much needed with the closure of Culver Ice. First class project.

Every effort should be made to power this facility using renewable energy. Sorption chillers using solar thermal should be utilized if possible and PV incorporated into any plan as well.
