Frank Wallace, IV has been in the Marines for eight years. He has served in Iraq and Afghanistan. His contract is almost finished and he will be able to come home in a few months. However, by then his father might be dead. His father is dying of cancer and probably does not have very much longer to live. He wishes nothing more than to spend time with his son while he still can. So far, his son will be able to take 10 days leave, but that is all. Please join me in asking the Marine Corp. and the President to allow this marine to come home early. Let us thank him for his service by showing him the kindness and compassion that everyone deserves. He has served his country long enough, now is the time for his country to return the favor, and allow him to spend time with his father.
