I am signing this petition in order to express my support for a Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Pope County, Arkansas. As a Pope County resident, I believe that Hard Rock is the best partner we can have to grow our local economy, bring in new tax revenue, and make Pope County a regional entertainment destination.

I just looked at the screen and saw 1000 names which is frankly wild because I remember just sitting here typing this up thinking nobody would care. It is honestly mind blowing that people actually want this to happen as much as I do so thank you for sticking with me while I figure out how to get this in front of the right folks.

I honestly never thought this would gain this much steam but look at us now. It is wild to think about how much noise we are making for our local economy because honestly I just wanted some options here in Pope County for once.

I just looked at the screen and saw we actually hit one hundred signatures which is honestly way faster than I ever thought would happen. It is just so wild to see this many people who actually want the same thing for Pope County when I was sitting here thinking I was the only one obsessed with the idea.

Economic growth in Russellville has been stagnate for years, and has only drawn in the same old types of businesses like banks, storage units, private practice, pharmacies, etc. We need something new like this casino to bring in more diversity and revenue to the city.
I am excited about Hard Rock’s interest in bringing a casino to the Pope County area. Hard Rock is a premier brand and will bring first class facilities. I’m also looking forward to seeing competition for the current casino monopoly.
Bring it on cause we’re ready and tired of driving a hour and a half to play holdem. You better have a nice poker room cause every night Choctaw in pocola is filled with player from Dover Russellville and surrounding area.
I don’t live in Pope Co but work and spend my money there shopping and dining there. RussVegas as it’s been called for several years now, needs this for the jobs, entertainment and tourism. The closer I the interstate the better.
I would love for Hard Rock Cafe and casino to come to Russellville Arkansas. I would look forward to doing business there or going to dealer school to be a card dealer and work for them. I'm positive it would bring good things to the area

Area needs tax revenue and job growth. When ANO shuts down one day, not if but when, Russellville property value will plummet. A small college can not save Rville. It would be a smart business and community decision.
