This isn't just for Granny Goodwitch. I know a good many people who prefer to use pseudonyms on Facebook for various reasons, ranging from novelty and humor to personal risk and security fears. There are many valid reasons for wanting to be able to network and be social without using one's legal name. Victims of crimes, abuse escapees, public figures, harassment targets, etc, should have access to social media without fear of retribution. As a free and social site, the requirement to show legal documents as proof of identity is well outside Facebook's prerogative. Give people back control over their own accounts and identities. It's not yours to tamper with.

give her back her account and fix your "real name" policy...there is certainly a way to verify identity, all you need is to do is add a variable. PLus, I thought this got fixed the last time I signed the petition to let the drag queens use their stage names on FB. Stop being douchey!
