I think she should be allowed to have her account restored fully. There are plenty of people on social media using aliases. I could understand if she was using the a.k.a. in an attempt to deceive or defraud, but I don't feel that is the case.

I'd rather go somewhere else if this is what FB is doing to good people like Granny Goodwitch. This isn't the first time nor will it be the last . . . until FB changes their rules and starts looking into those that report!

I'm signing this petition because it is not fair for a person to lose their page because they are using a name that is not on their birth certificate. Some people make a living using a moniker or a pen name and other people promote their creative careers by having a page for their main character as a type of advertising. Just because a person is using an alternate identity does not mean that the page does not belong to a person who is not "real". I wanted to create a page for one of my fictional characters as a way to promote my book about the character, but Facebook is creating an environment that is not accommodating to creativity or creating marketing strategy for people. She should be allowed to use the name Granny Goodwitch to keep her personal life separate from her business and celebrity status as it were.
