Give her and the many others you have decided the names they use are not their "real" names back their accounts. What gives you the right to say a name is not theirs if it one they are known by even if it is not their legal name. Many actors and authors use another name besides their legal one, but this does not mean it is not their name. Revise your ridiculous policies and let the people use whatever name they wish.
