This deletion of her account sounds very Big Brother-ish. "No, you can't have an account with that name. It is doubleplusungood." I've seen the same thing happen with several people of American Indian origin whose family names are not recognized by Facebook because they are "not real." Give me a break.

I got trapped in this same nonsensicle sweep by FB also. It's ridiculous. Bad manners by FB and with largely negative value to the site, as the action with Granny G demonstrates. FB simply has too many employees when they can constantly come up with tricks to make their product less useful and more instrusive for their "customers". But wait! Their real "customers" are the corporate data miners, homeland security and so many others who pay FB to herd the population into "don't question, just fall into line and follow orders" of the new world order.
