I think that people should be allowed to use whatever name they want. Unfortunately, Facebook allows tons of spammers and scam artists to have accounts and does nothing about them no matter how many times they're reported.

Facebook's refusal to use anything other than one's "given" name is preposterous. There are too many reasons why someone might want to use a non de plume. To punish them for this is ridiculous. Let us use whatever name we choose!
