Please include the windows platform with the development since fallout 4 is going to be PC. Would love to pre-order the special pip-boy included with game purchase of fallout 4 but the absence of windows phone is a deal breaker. Make this happen please.

This is outrageous. Windows phones are made for gaming. I mean it links directly with your Xbox account I mean come on Bethesda. Please don't leave us in the dark
