How hard can it be? I'm not going to pay a couple hundred bucks for a new device to play this on. Windows Phone is the best anyway.

I don't want to change phones just to enjoy products of Fallout. Fans yearn for Fallout Shelters on Windows. It may not be the biggest market but it is a loyal one who love Bethesda creations. So please let the window users access Fallout Shelters.
