The board granted the release and Deavery is finally coming home. I am drained from the years of fighting but my heart is full because we won. Thank you for staying with me through the darkest parts of this journey.
As many of you know Deavery has already given up 13 years of his life, his children's lives and others who are close to him. Although He maintains he is innocent he has grown into a man who knows his responsibilities and life choices leading up to the situation that lead to his incarceration. He has done a lot of self growth while away and this July is his first chance to be released. Those of you who know the Deavery I know, know that its not in his character to have committed such a crime and he deserves his second chance at life. He is going to school at YSU through a program, he has been on the deans list several times, amongst many more certificates for programs he involved himself in. He ask that you take a minute and sign this petition so that the parole board can see all of the love and support he has here on the outside world. Thank you for your time and God Bless
The days feel heavy and the waiting is taking a toll on all of us. I am pushing forward because Deavery has earned his place back in this world despite the silence from those in power.

Seeing one hundred names on this list is heavy because it reminds me how many people believe in Deavery. This road has been draining but your support gives me the energy to keep fighting for his release. I am tired today but I am not walking away from this.

I support and love this family very much! Let the system prove itself to be a rehabilitative system by releasing this young man to be a positive and productive citizen after 13 yrs of being a recipient of the structure and guidance through tge facilities in which he has presided. God bless you son!

While I do not personally know Deavery, I know his mother and other family members. They have stood beside him during this ordeal, and would also be there for him, should he be released. I would like to think that his personal growth has been amazing.

I believe Deavery has been away long enough to have been rehabilitated. with the support of family and friends, he can come out and be a positive influence to a younger generation and help in the process of detering behaviors that are not lawful based on experience.
