We, the residents of Red Hawk Farms Subdivision hereby submit this petition to Cox Communications to provide its data service:
COX already has substantial infrastructure currently installed (please see picture enclosed) both underground in the easement running the full width of the subdivision, and with fiber nodes located within 300 yards on both sides of the subdivision! There is absolutely no reason why Redhawk Farms should not be included into Cox's fiber network! Cost is simply not a valid argument- it's already there, we just need to be hooked up! It's 2015- nobody should be denied access to high speed data, especially when the infrastructure is already right below their feet- literally!
This petition represents 100% of the residents and/or property owners within Red Hawk Farms. You cannot get a higher level of commitment that 100%!

I do not think that it is fair that people all around us has the option to have Cox As a provider but we do not. When severe storms come to our area, our satellite goes out and we have no way to keep up with local TV stations for our safety . We are next to a power plant so if our electricity goes out, It's only for a few seconds so that's not the reason we lose communication with our local weather stations during severe storms. Our neighbors and I deserve like anyone else to have Cox Communications at our home. Thank you!
