He's an effective, supportive, and lovable coach. Getting rid of him will be a regrettable decision.

Ryan has had a tremendous positive influence on my little brothers over the years, and the impact he's had on them as a coach, mentor and friend is unparalleled. Good luck finding a coach more passionate about the kids, their families, and the sport -- Ryan really truly has it all.

Ryan has been my daughter's coach for 3 years in a row. Throughout this time, he has been a great role model, inspirational, and motivational for my daughter. Not only does he push the kids to their best on the pool, but he also makes all of their dry land practices fun and varied.
The kids in this group are some of the smartest, kindest and best well mannered kids that Montgomery County has to offer. They do not deserve to have the man that they spend 13.5 hours per week be removed from their lives in a blink of an eye.
PLEASE BRING RYAN BACK TO THE DVANCED SENIORS' Group!!!!
Sinencerely,
Maria Grcic

Out of the 82 coaches at RMSC, they fired the best one! Ryan is not replaceable! He is far beyond just a coach, but a role model to many. Yes, he is hard on the kids, but isn't that what the sport is about? He pushes the kids to reach their highest abilities and make the impossibles possible!

A GREAT coach. Administrative errors should not cause a release from employment. Bring him back !

He is probably one of the nicest coaches ive ever met, at the pool a great coach, outside the pool a humorous person.
If we can save private Ryan, we can bring back our Ryan Yuen!

We spent many years swimming at Germantown RMSC and my son swam with Ryan. He is a great role model for the kids and has had a positive impact on them - makes me sad the kids lost their coach in this manner.

One of the funniest and best coaches I have ever met. I truly believe his group will suffer greatly without him. RMSC is about the swimmers, but this sudden dismissal shows no signs that we are a team who cares about the welfare of each individual participant.

If everyone feels he is a good coach then he shouldn't be fired, no one was or could have been harmed by his actions anyway.

I can't imagine not seeing Ryan around the GISC. For our children's sake, let the coaches do their jobs, and leave the nonsense out of it!

While my son was never in Ryan's group I can say with absolute certainty that he benefited from having him on the deck both at practices as well as meets. Ryan's dedication to the sport is beyond measure.

RMSC states that they have the ability to replace Ryan..... Sorry, they don't. He develops athletes and kids that work hard. Put him back on the deck!!
