My son always appreciated the humor and his way. He would rally him when he had a bad practice and was there to celebrate with him when he had a good one. He made the program better. His way with the kids and ability to get them to smile (even when they really did not feel like they had it in them) will be something that I always appreciated about him.
Tyler always said that he made him laugh and sometimes that is what all these kids need esp in the pressure cooker that swimming at this level can become.

Coach Ryan has been great with my two kids (9 & 12). He is very enthusiastic and caring as a coach and as a friend to my kids and me. He puts in a lot of effort, encourages, and cares that each kid succeeds. Whenever I see him on deck I know my kids will be given great instructions. He loves being a coach and it shows! Please bring Coach Ryan back!!

Such a strange action taken. The fact that I even need to sign a petition is pure insanity. The kids hold Ryan in such high regard, and he gets such results. This is the ONLY reason that matters.

Ryan is a really good coach, and always will be one of my favorite. He may not be my coach, but after my races he will tell me I did amazing and always put a smile on my face:)

Ryan has never failed to put a smile on my face. He is so much more than a coach. He is a friend to ever swimmer he comes in contact with. He loves each and every one of us and makes sure we know it. His dedication to the team has shined on everyone it is a shame that someone would want to get rid of someone with such a heart. He has made a huge impact on me and everyone else and they made a huge mistake getting rid of him.

Ryan has never been my swim coach but has always been kind to me and would always encourage me to swim better at meets and in practice. He is an amazing coach and has created excellent swimmers that go on to do great things in swimming as well as in everyday life. Since he's been gone the RMSC Germantown family has been incomplete and it has impacted not only those in his group but many other swimmers and their families. Ryan is an exceptional person on and off the pool deck and I along with others believe he should be brought back into the coaching staff and RMSC Germantown family.

Coach Ryan gave me the tools and the confidence to compete at a division 1 level. But more importantly he gave important life skills that are outside of the pool like proper communication, punctuality, pushing your self to be the best you can, and hard work. Ryan is teaching these swimmers important lessons that go way beyond the pool. I sincerely want to see Ryan back when I see him.

This is not fair. Suddenly getting terminated without a reason is unjust. We deserve to know answers.
