Ryan is a very good coach. Without proper reason, it is absurd to let him go.

I truly hope that it is possible to bring Ryan back. He has always been very encouraging and helpful to my kids, and the loss of his expertise will be a detriment to the RMSC team, not just Adv Seniors.

We feel lucky to have had Ryan as one of the assistant coaches in AJ as he's great with the kids and pushes them to excel - isn't that what a coach is suppose to do???? It's very frustrating to hear that he was dismissed and no true understanding of why such a decision was made. Was this a true act of discipline and policy or is he being used as some sort of scapegoat?:-(

Ryan does a great job with the kids and has always been a role model. Getting rid of quality people for administration reasons is wrong.

At this days of age, the management has to be very careful with any decisions that have direct impact on your customers. This is about transparency and accountability. You have a duty to inform your customers about the decision making process and why Coach Ryan is dismissed. As a parent of a swimmer in NDG program, I'm very concerned about the way you handled this administrative issue. I would like to give you the benefit of doubt and show us the customers that you managed this issue with care and responsibilities.

It is outrageous that Coach Ryan has been summarily dismissed on the basis of a vague administrative infraction. My daughter has invested her time, energy, and commitment to swimming for Coach Ryan for over two years and has improved greatly with his guidance. Now at a time when my daughter is making plans about college swimming and recommendations from her coach for her future, a vague, alleged administrative error is the basis for taking all of that investment away from my daughter? Was there ever any thought to balancing the interests of his swimmers and their parents with this decision? And why haven't we been informed of the precise nature of this alleged "administrative" misconduct? What did he do that warrants depriving us of his many positive contributions to our children's lives? It is clear that all of Coach Ryan's swimmers and their parents feel very strongly about him and the positive effect he has had on our kids. This is not something we are going to get over easily. We expect an expeditious reversal of this decision not only for Coach Ryan, but for the very integrity of RMSC as a whole.
