The problem with RMSC is that the senior level people don't care about the program. The swimmers, parents are coaches have a lot of heart and want to see the program succeed. The county level administrators of this program don't care about the people they care about the dollar.
WE need to change that. Let's make RMSC great again. Bring Ryan back and make some positive change for this club. The kids deserve better.

Coach Ryan needs to be brought back. Though my daughter doesn't swim anymore, she uses the valuable life lessons that Ryan taught her in her everyday life. Especially, how working hard in practice always pays off in the end. Ryan was an excellent motivator and encouraged each and every one of his swimmers and all of his kids are thankful for that and need him back as a coach. Bring Ryan back!

To RMSC Management, we shall not be ignored and satisfied with the reason for the dismissal as being "administrative" action. Swimmers and parents are part of RMSC family and we request transparency on serious action that impacts us all.

Even though my son not swim at Germantown RMSC, but I heard Coach Ryan is a very responsible and hardworking coach. RMSC need this kind of coach.

Ryan has played in important role in the success of the Advanced Junior swim group at GISC. This decision has been devastating news to the swimmers, who unfortunately seem to have been forgotten by some. USA officiating has taught us that the swimmer shall always receive "benefit of doubt" when it exists. Perhaps management should have used this same thinking when they made their decision. Please reconsider this decision.

I meet him at the Hoki meet this year and he was such a good coach from what it seemed and he was really nice and cool!

Firing an integral part of the club like Ryan has to be with reason. If Montgomery county can't even give a reason and states "administrative issues" somehing is amiss.
