As a resident of Happy Valley one of my only complaints is that the internet available is well below par. Having better internet affords our community the freedom to work from home, take online classes, or even get lower cost television service. I spoke with Charter today (9/19/18) and the agent said to get a petition signed and take it into the local office for them to consider expanding their service area.
