I am truly overwhelmed by the steady stream of people wanting Senator Sanders to visit our campus. It was never my intention to lead something of this scale, but the energy you have all brought to this goal is what keeps the momentum going.

If your schedule permits this visit, I know that what you have to say would instill integrity and drive to fight the system in honor of justice. You are a hero Bernie, and your presence here would be no small contribution to inspiring a generation of students who fight for justice.
We need to have a logical discussion on how one might deal with the implications (foreign and domestic) to better understand the steps necessary to encourage this sort of demagoguery from dominating the political discourse. I can't think of a better actor than Bernie Sanders, who has constantly been at the forefront of the civil and human rights discussions to foster such debate
I voted for Bernie in the CA primary, and I would love to see the man I wanted to be my President. Please come to UBC, Sen. Sanders!
It would be great to see Bernie speak! We have very few politicians in Canada who want to boldly move toward the common good, and so we rarely hear live voices like Bernie's.
Bernie Sanders would be a particularly apt keynote speaker for a Canadian university, as he represents so many of the values that Canadians intuitively cherish.
The political revolution needs to be propagated beyond the borders!
Very few people like Bernie Sanders in today's world.To hear him speak live would be very inspiring.

I had the absolute privilege of going to see Bernie at his Seattle rally almost a year ago and he was the most inspirational speaker I've ever heard. It would be INCREDIBLE to hear him speak at our university!
