In Newport Free Grammar School work experience has been stopped. We believe that work experience is a great opportunity to gain knowledge about the workplace and prepare students for later life, skills you cannot be taught in school. Work experience involved the whole of year 10 but was stopped a couple years ago. Without work experience students may become scared and nervous entering a workplace. Please sign our petition and help us bring back work experience.
