The v6's are horrible, they've castrated what f1 was meant to be about.

I bought a reduced emission green car because I care about the environment I used to have a Mustang, so let me at least enjoy the noise and muscle as an entertainment. Miami, FL USA

United States. F1 cars once represented the pinnacle of human achievement and it is nothing less than tragic that those beautiful machines are no longer being made and raced.

My trackside viewership has been severely impacted due to the lack of that manic F1 sound in this generation of cars. Sounds terrible really

I would like that the V10's be brought back, I am all for new technologies but F1 is supposed to be the absolute pinnacle of Motorsport but at the moment it is not. The current spec of cars sound like industrial leaf blowers and although they sound louder that when they were first introduced, the fact that GP2 and GP3 cars are louder than the current crop of F1 cars is a crying shame. I also think that Jean Todts assumption that in today's society we cannot go back to V10's or V12's even is remarkable considering the gas guzzling supercars that the millionaires drive and the private aircraft they fly to go and watch each race. I think today's society is still very accepting of V10's and the top bods shouldn't be cowering just to accommodate the few polar bear climate lovers
