Not particularly funny speech but quite true. I haven't seen a man cry in the workplace yet but seen a few women retreating to the cloakroom for a blub (and taking a friends with them)

That an ill advised remark should cause such devastation to a man and his career is an outrage. His 'judges' should develop some maturity.

The first time I have done this. I feel very strongly that the 'twitter' brigade should not be able to hound a man out of his job. He was trying to be funny! as woman I really think other women should brace up!!
