This is literally the only thing I ordered and loved at Panera, was the Modern Caprese sandwich. Extremely disappointed to learn that it’s gone off the menu. Please bring it back!

Literally hate the Mediterranean sandwich, as a vegetarian I won’t eat here without the caprese sandwich, also vegetarians make up about 10% of the population, put that into perspective. You are ignoring at least ten percent of your customers
